The guy worked so quickly it was impressive! He diagnosed the issue (broken drain pump), had the part on hand and got to work immediately. There are some quirks with Bosch dishwashers where you can tell immediately if someone is experienced with them, and he clearly did: knew how to operate the Power and he reinstalled the drain hose with an even higher loop than it had before (necessary for Bosch machines). He was also respectful of my space, kind to my dog and accommodating when I had to hop on a work call while he was here. Great service all around 👍👍 Also, their booking site was super easy to use, they called me back quickly on the same day to confirm the time window and they showed up right within that timeframe.

I had a problem with my dishwasher. This company was a pleasure to deal with. It was the first time I used their services. The lady who took my call was very nice and took the time to answer all my questions clearly. They sent someone over the next day, who was punctual, and also very nice, and competent. He did a great job, and made sure that everything was running well before leaving. I appreciate the clear communication, fine service, ease of process and upfront way of doing business of this company. I highly recommend Service 2000.

It was necessary to repair our Bosch washing machine. This has been an extremely reliable appliance as this is 1st time it had to be repaired in over 15 years. We contacted Bosch Service ( Contact 2000) in Montreal area. They promptly arranged for a technician to determine the problem and ordered the parts required. They sent through a quotation a few days later and we were advised of the time involved in securing the necessary parts. A few weeks later we were advised that the parts were in stock and that a service call would be arranged to do the repair. A few days later , a service call was done at our home which required 2 repairmen., The work was professional and extremely quick and efficiently. Everything was done very neatly and the repairmen were very courteous and explained everything that had to be done. I give them 10/10. Sincerely MC

Really easy to book. Communication was flawless. The technician was pleasant, and quick! My partner and I were also very impressed by the young apprentice he was overseeing. I'm not wishing for another appliance to break, but should it happen, I will definitely use Service 2000 again. And the bill was reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a discount as a CAA member. I'm enjoying the sounds of my dishwasher running right now. Merci!
