LP Plancher is certainement un groupe excellent. I spoke at length with Philip who was helpful, generous of his time, fantastic with punctual correspondence, and very educational. He was willing to help us in a very time-sensitive situation, and had the best advice and a fantastic quote as well. LP Plancher was willing to do a last-minute job and it was a huge relief for us to have professionals willing to go the extra mile for excellent Customer Service. My condo wasn't an easy one since it's closer to a bowling alley than an habitation: big length of flooring with challenging lighting on both ends. When they came and worked on it they didn't know, and the result was subpar. I called Philippe and asked him about it, and he immediately offered to come back since I wasn't satisfied. They started the job all over again the week after, spending an extra 2 days to get me the best result I could get and boy my flooring now looks amazing! Very satisfied with how it was all handled, thank you so much for the time invested!

I had my floors done by LP Plancher, all I can say is WOW what amazing work my floors look stunning. I've got so many compliments . They also work very clean which is a PLUS. I highly recommend them. If I can give 10 stars I would.
