Decarie Plumbing does good work, but the Plumber arrived 1 day later than he was supposed to !

My duplex was hit hard by Hydro Quebec's protracted power outage. Max was helpful and responsive, providing phone guidance and the extraordinary service of Anthony, who was here to repair, cap, install and inspect radiators and pipes. Anthony was a source of calm efficiency and expertise from Wed. Jan. 28th—Fri. Jan.30 inclusive. He took the time to analyze,diagnose and subsequently fix, check and check again the hours of work he had meticulously undertaken. He remained courteous and steadfast the entire time My tenant and I appreciated his reassuring attitude and quiet strength almost as much as we did his professional know-how. I will remain grateful to Plomberie et Chauffage Decarie for allowing me to have light and warmth at the end of a long, cold, dark tunnel. (Shame on Hydro Quebec!)
