Before moving into our new house, we wanted to give our hardwood floors a little refresh, so we got several quotes. Ultimately, we decided on Plancher PMR because an acquaintance had used their services before, and also because they seemed the most professional. They came to our house to properly assess the work and did their best to schedule us for the week we wanted (and we know these guys are busy!). We absolutely didn't regret it! Bruno and Dylan did an excellent job; our floors look beautiful. They were punctual, meticulous, and dedicated to doing a good job. They inspire confidence. Along the way, we discovered a stubborn floorboard that needed replacing, so they had to reorganize their entire next day to finish our floors as quickly as possible. On top of all that, the icing on the cake was how incredibly friendly they were. For PMR flooring, you can go there with your eyes closed, they know what they're doing and they do it well.
