When you call someone actually answers! And when I called back becsuse something was not quite right they were back the next day. As a bonus, they are courteous and take the time to answer your questions. I recommend them without hesitation.

Had a very pleasant experience with this gentleman who came to fix a stove for the woman I care for and when the piece was too expensive for her she asked about her microwave that also wasn't working and he spent over an hour working on it determined to fix it which he did. Not many ppl would go out of their way to help an elderly lady out on an issue he wasn't even called for but he was kind enough to do it and I highly recommend his services. I will not hesitate to call him for my own appliance troubles if needed.
