I’ve had the pleasure of working with Benoit Lapointe from Electro Experts four or five times now, and he has been fully committed from the very beginning until the job was completely done. He came to my place multiple times, and even when parts were missing, he didn’t cut corners. He ordered what was needed, came back, and made sure everything was properly fixed. I honestly don’t know if he was fully compensated for all the time he put in, but I do know this: working with Electro Experts – and especially with Benoit – is absolutely worth it. Even though my repairs were covered by insurance, I genuinely felt like I wished I could pay out of pocket, simply because of the return on investment I got from Benoit’s work and dedication. At the time of the repairs, I wasn’t in the best health, but he still took the time to explain everything with patience and clarity. I even learned a lot about how my dryer works and how to fix it. Benoit doesn’t just show up to fix something and leave. He: Educates you on what he’s doing Explains the risks and potential fire hazards Helps you understand how to prevent issues in the future He truly cares about your safety, your understanding, and your peace of mind. Some people simply do their job, and some people take their work to heart. Benoit is definitely the latter. His professionalism and dedication actually inspire me to deliver better service to my own clients. I’ve seen some negative reviews online, like with any business, but I can honestly say this: In a world where everyone is becoming more impatient, Benoit and Electro Experts have been the most patient and helpful service I’ve ever experienced. Second time around we got THE best technician ever. Very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. Which unfortunately was not our experience with the first one. We have an induction system that is not common and Electros Experts didn’t let us down. Thank you Marc-Olivier from the head office and thank you Marc-André the super technician that they’ve send from another area. Problem solved! Woohoo!

I had a service call yesterday for my dryer and it went very smoothly. Customer service is great. As promised, I got a text the night before to confirm the service time. The technician was polite and efficient and found the problem quickly. The cost to repair was a fraction of the cost to replace the dryer. More environmentally friendly to fix it too. I would definitely recommend this company for appliance repairs.
