The service call fee varies by appliance category: $154.95 + taxes for standard appliances, $169.95 + taxes for high-end appliances, and $249.95 + taxes for prestige and gas appliances. This fee is charged once, even if multiple visits are required for parts.

If a second technician is required, the base rate will be doubled, and an estimate will be provided before the repair. For additional appliances at the same address, the service call fee will be halved, depending on their category.

We commit to ordering necessary parts within 2 hours. While we are not responsible for delivery delays from distributors and manufacturers, we have the largest parts inventory in Quebec.

Yes, our repair shops welcome you for repairs of televisions, microwaves, wine cellars, coffee machines, amplifiers, cameras, dehumidifiers, projectors, and other small electronic and audio devices, as well as air exchangers and heating appliances. Diagnostic fees apply and are deductible if the repair is accepted.
