Serrupro Montréal - Serrurier Notre-Dame

I should of posted a review when I went back during the winter time but it slipped my mind but I have been to Serrupro twice (once at the old location in the financial district a few years back and the second time at the current location). I received exceptional service from Mario both times and we had a good concession as well. I will definitely be going here whenever I need keys and lock services again.

Life savers ! My passport was in my safe and well, I lost the key to the safe and needed my passport for a trip. (That was only a couple days away at the time) They took me last min, solved my problem and made me a key, all of this for 33 $ ! Another company wanted to charge me 150$ + tx for this. Plus they were super nice, I’ll be coming back for sure and I recommend you go too !!!

Prompt affordable service. Got two copies done in under 2 minutes, for under $10 total. Very nice man too.

Amazing customer service. He was inside the building it was closed, I simply asked if he was, he said yes but I asked if he could just make 1 of the key I really needed and took the time to do it in 1 minute flat, was really treated this well.
