I have had 3 different technicians come to my home (each for a different issue) and I’m very happy with their services. They always manage to find an appointment time quickly, and the price for the visit/diagnostic is upfront and transparent. Not to mention they resolve the problem, of course! Flash are AMAZING !!.. Exemplary service!! Very professional, courteous, accomodating, honest and efficient!.. They really check all the checkboxes. Booking the appointment was effortless. The technician (Ali) arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled timeframe, wasting no time. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within the first 15-20min, explaining everything in the process. He happened to have the replacement part on hand and not only replaced it, but also made sure that the freezer was defrosted correctly. All in a very timely manner and for a very reasonable price. I had originally called Flash because my usual appliance repair shop was closed for vacation, but given this experience, I think I will be making the switch. Thank you !! :)
