A great experience. Helped me troubleshoot resetting a main breaker over the phone at the end of a day at 3:30 in the afternoon. Patient and generous with his time. Saved me a service call and followed up to make sure the electricity was back on in minutes. Switched from french to english seamlessly when he realised it would be easier for me. I will be back, hopefully not in a panic next time.
