Super professional and impressive store ever met in Montreal! My kitchen tap water nut was broken and it was made many years ago, I have checked lots of stores could not find the same style, till my boyfriend came to this store. The owner is so patient, warm-hearted and generous, he took time to find out 3 similar models and gave us FREE to try, and one of them DID FIT! Great and sincere thanks for his amazing service!

Amazing service. Before heading to Ray-Jean I had a plumber from a company come in to my house, turned around, and said "can't do it" and charged me 250 bucks for the joy of his 5 minutes. I then went to Ray-Jean and was able to fix the issue myself for $46 bucks in parts and their know-how. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!

Seems to know his stuff. Had a problem with my sink in the bathroom and he ended up finding an additional problem with my toilet while he was there. He was extremely reasonable when it came time to add up the invoice. Told him not to cash the cheque right away, it wasn't a problem. Would recommend to any of my friends or family in a heartbeat. Repeat business if ever I need something done. CJR

They are really professional people, not just trying to sell but to help customers. Although I didn't buy but they provided information how to solve my problem at the best of my benefit. I will buy when it comes.
