It is said that we are what we Do and not what we Say : Well, to put in context , I am in Montreal ( June 22,2023) with a crisis on my hands that requires an Expert exterminator professional Group , I called Exterminateur Associes and despite not knowing me at All the owner took the call and during the entire crisis ( and not asking or billing me a single dollar ) he took calls , place calls to third parties ( 5 times ) and All this out of concern and extreme professionalisms on his part . Folks we are in 2023 and in Montreal !!!!! unheard of and unequalled . In the end , the crisis created from other parties required professional expertise certification, well AGAIN , the owner pulled one of his team , sent them in and they did the expertise and saved me at least 5000 $ . I was so impressed I gave the "Team " a hearthfelt bonus hoping they would partake with their boss , Alas , Their Boss simply said to his Team :" Thanks Guys keep the bonus for yourself" . In short , This is a Company , a Team and a Leader that are completely above and beyond , they dont just Say they have your Back They truly and completely have your back anytime and anyday even when you are a stranger in trouble .
